A Five Minite Introduction to Buddhism →
Lately I’ve been studying Buddhism because I’m on a quest to find some sort of spirituality. Since I’ve had a lot of down time I’ve had a chance to digest a lot of the teachings of Buddhism and read a lot written by the Dalai Lama. I’m really enjoying practicing (or trying to practice) these teachings so I thought I’d share this link.

the Dalai Lama is a homophobic, sexist, authoritarian, dethroned monarch who has been over-idealized to the point of absurdity.

Yea, that doesn’t make sense at all. The whole point of Buddism is for everyone. Which would basically mean every is equal. The Dalai Lama wouldn’t preach homophobia.
